QuinataCRM help and support

Each new registered installation of QuinataCRM includes 12 months of support and updates. This allows you to report any problems or questions using the Report Problems form on the Help menu. When a new version of QuinataCRM is available (which may fix problems or introduce new features) you will be asked if you want to install it when you next start the system.

You can extend updates and support for further periods of 12 months if you wish from the About menu in QuinataCRM.

If you originally installed a version of QuinataCRM before version 1.17 you will need to install the Quinata Backup System if you want to perform scheduled backups (unless you use an external backup program). You can download the Quinata Backup System here.

If you have a multi-user QuinataCRM system you should install it on the computer that has the database installed (usually the computer on which you first installed the system).
Database Restorer If you want to restore a backup of QuinataCRM that has been made with QuinataCRM's built in backup function or the Quinata Backup System you will need to use the Quinata Database Restorer. You can download this here.

QuinataCRM is supported by Quinata Limited on the following editions of Windows 10 – Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Enterprise. QuinataCRM is supported on the in-market supported Windows 10 Current Branch for Business (CBB) servicing branches only and will be supported for the lifetime of the app until 12/2021.
